Recommend Winsor Lettings to a family member, friend or colleague and we will reward you when they sign up with us. There is no limit to how many referrals you can make. The more you recommend us to others, the more you can earn!

Recommend a friend who successfully rents a property from us and we will pay you £10.00 and also give your friend £10.00.

Refer us to another landlord (providing they are not an existing client) and we will pay you £50.00 when we successfully let their first property.

Recommend-a-Friend Terms & Conditions
The 'Recommend-a-Friend' scheme applies to all new to applicants and landlords who have been recommended to Winsor Lettings by an existing customer. To be eligible for this scheme the customer must not already exist on the Winsor Lettings database prior to recommendation. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer. A referral form must be completed by the existing customer and submitted to Winsor Lettings prior to the referred applicant or landlord becoming a client of Winsor Lettings. Each recommendation must be submitted on a separate form. To be eligible for any reward, Winsor Lettings must hold valid contact details at all times. Failure to update your contact details may result in no payout being made. If there is an outstanding balance, we reserve the right to use the reward money to reduce the debt.
