All of our landlords choosing our managed service, can access the following information securely online:
- Access to your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Current Balance - check if your tenant has paid the rent
- Previous Statements - print off a copy of a previous rent statement
- Property Information - check the information we hold relating to your properties including up-to-date tenancy details, gas safety check dates etc.
- Your Details - check we have your correct contact details and make amendments online if required
- Online Messaging - read messages direct from our management department and send messages to the management department
The cost of access to Landlords Online is affordably priced at just £30.00 per 12 Month Period. The cost is the same regardless of the number of properties that we manage for you provided that they are all managed under the same Landlord's Account. Please feel free to download the user manual.
